U.S. Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
· You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We do not offer refunds on shipping cost
- We do not offer refunds on gift packaging
· After we have provided you with the return address, please return your items within five (5) working days. Items returned after five days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
International countries 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the your country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@twiggy.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there are any damaged product or the wrong products have been sent, please send an email to our customer service to exchange the products, and we will cover the shipping fees. The email needs to include photos and order information.
Only products with damaged issue can be exchanged for the same products. If you receive the wrong item, you can apply for a refund and then place a new order.

Exchange to different styles
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your package has arrived at our facility it will normally take 7 days (in rare cases it can take up to 14 days) for us to process your request. During this period our warehouse staff will verify and account for everything you have sent us.
.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Returns
Please allow up to 30 days for our team to process refunds on any international orders.
NOTE:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund can be made. Please also note that Twiggy gift cards are non-refundable. Please note that for all countries taxes, duties and shipping costs are non-refundable.
